This month meet at the Cheese Wedge (N56W6339 Center St, Cedarburg) as owner Jessica Youso offers cheese samples while sharing the joys and challenges of producing and shipping almost 900 cheeses around the world from Old Fashioned Cheese located in Mayville. Delicious customer favorites are soft spreads Cranberry Vodka Cheddar, Rum Raisin Cheddar, and Smokey Bourbon Gouda, along with squeezable cheese pouches to pack in your lunch. No need to prepare a dish this month. Everyone is welcome!!
