Eating a heart-healthy diet is easier than ever, thanks to dishes that are high in fiber and lower in saturated fat, added sugars, cholesterol and salt. Simple recipes are packed with good-for-you veggies, high quality protein, and complex carbs like Garlicky Cabbage Soup and Herb-Marinated Veggie & Chickpea Salad.
Bring a copy of your recipe and your own beverage. Everyone is welcome!
